Nikita Mazepin

The ice-cool Russian is a man of few words – he prefers to do his talking on the track.

Born in Moscow, the straight-faced youngster is extremely competitive and intensely focused. This was evident in his 2018 GP3 campaign, when he took four wins and eight podiums on his way to finishing second in the Championship.

Mazepin endured a tough rookie season in F2, as he took time to get to grips with the machinery, finishing in 18th place.

With a year’s experience under his belt, hopes are high for his sophomore season, when he is poised to link up with F2 newcomers Hitech Grand prix, who he has previously raced for in European F3 and Asian F3.
