Reuniting with MP Motorsport, Felipe Drugovich and the Dutch team were a force to be reckoned with in the 2022 FIA Formula 2 Championship, as they stormed their way to both the Drivers’ and Teams’ Championship titles.
In our most action-packed calendar yet, the field battled across 28 exhilarating races in 14 different venues, including the debuts of Imola and Zandvoort. Yet nobody could stop Drugovich’s path to glory, as the Brazilian came out victories with five wins, four poles and 11 podiums.
ART Grand Prix’s Théo Pourchaire put up a fierce fight, but ultimately had to settle for second. A storming final round for Liam Lawson was enough to earn his spot in the top three, whilst Rodin Carlin teammate Logan Sargeant secured his promotion to Formula 1 with Williams.
