The 2025 racing season may be done, but that does not mean that the action has stopped, with several Formula 2 stars, both of the past and the present, taking part in the Formula 1 Young Drivers’ Test in Abu Dhabi.
So here is a rundown of all the drivers you can expect to see driving in Tuesday's test...
Firstly, Arvid Lindblad will start work with Racing Bulls ahead of his step up to F1 with them in 2026. The British driver is set to drive all day alongside his teammate, and five-time F2 winner, Liam Lawson.
2025 Hitech TGR teammates Luke Browning and Dino Beganovic will also be taking part in the test. The former will be in the car for Williams, while the latter will be in at Ferrari.
Fresh from finishing as the runner-up in the 2025 F2 season, Jak Crawford will be driving for Aston Martin ahead of taking on the third driver role for the team in 2026.
Alpine will have Kush Maini in the car, while Paul Aron will be driving for Sauber, joining 2024 F2 Champion Gabriel Bortoleto.
Ayumu Iwasa is in at Red Bull Racing for the day, driving alongside Isack Hadjar, who is set to partner Max Verstappen at the team in 2026.
In addition to that, Frederik Vesti will be back in the cockpit of the Mercedes W16, driving alongside another F2 alumni, Andrea Kimi Antonelli.
