AIX Racing complete 2025 lineup with Cian Shields

Cian Shields will race with AIX Racing in 2025 the team has confirmed.

Shields raced in AIX colours in the final rounds of last season as he got his preparations for stepping up to F2 underway early. He will continue on with them alongside Joshua Duerksen, who was confirmed in mid-December.

Last season, Shields completed his rookie campaign in FIA Formula 3, securing a best finish of 14th.

Speaking about his promotion to F2, Shields said he was raring to get going with AIX ahead of the new season getting underway.

“I'm super excited to be competing in FIA Formula 2 with AIX Racing for 2025! I can't wait to get started and push myself to new limits this season and super excited to get to work, we worked very well together at the end of last year. A huge thank you to the team for believing in me and giving me this incredible opportunity to race under their colours.“
