Following the news that Oliver Bearman will not take further part in the weekend for PREMA Racing, the grid for the Jeddah Sprint Race has been updated.
In accordance with the FIA Formula 2 Sporting Regulations, Art 34.3 provides for the grid to be closed up when a car is withdrawn in this fashion.
Car #3 had qualified on pole for the event and was to start in grid position 10 for the Sprint Race. As a result of his withdrawal, all cars from P11 and below shall be moved up one position on the today’s starting grid.
The grid for the Feature Race will be closed up after the application of any penalties resulting from the Sprint Race.
