The series provides exclusive, behind-the-scenes access into the paddock of the most competitive single-make Championship on the planet.
Documenting the 2019 FIA Formula 2 campaign, you will witness the title battle between Nyck de Vries and Nicholas Latifi, the blossoming rookie season Guanyu Zhou enjoyed, and the return of the Schumacher name to an F1 race weekend.
Featuring all ten teams and their drivers, you will be able to follow them on their Road to F1, as they chase the ultimate goal – a seat in the pinnacle of motorsport. Witness first-hand the unwavering commitment of the racers: the passion, the tension and the hope that they carry with them around some of the world’s most challenging circuits when they step into the cockpit.
You will also be taken behind the visor, delving into the unique personalities of the drivers away from the track. Discover what makes them tick, what drives them, and how they unwind at the end of an intense weekend.
F2: chasing the dream also portrays the crushing low of the tragic events in Spa, the togetherness and the solidarity that was displayed when the world of motorsport lost one of its brightest young talents, Anthoine Hubert, reminding the world of the risks that these drivers take every time they get into the car.
