This new feature explores the alternate side to our racing drivers. What’s always in their fridge? What do they do in their spare time? What’s on their bucket list? The drivers simply have to roll a set of dice and answer questions that link to the numbers they roll.

Guanyu Zhou is up next…

3. What items are always in your fridge?

Lots of drinks. Every time that I go home after a long period away, I always have more to drink. I love cold drinks, especially at night when you are a bit thirsty before you go to bed. When I am home alone, without any family around, my fridge is just full of drinks. You might not find any food!

There is usually some Chinese ice tea, some still water - I don't drink sparkling water - and some milk as well.

2. Who is your idol?

For me, it is Usain Bolt, the guy is mental. China are pretty good in the Olympics, so I was watching that a lot and Usain Bolt just destroyed the competition. He is someone that I really look up to. If I win a race, I do the signature move that he always does when he wins a sprint.

I think that the guy is great. I haven't met him before, but we are both actually sponsored by Hublot, so hopefully one day we can catch up.

6. What is your biggest fear?

Heights. I would never do rock climbing out doors. I will do it indoors, but not outdoors.

The first time that I experienced indoor climbing, it was really fun, but as soon as we went outside, before we even started we were on top of these mountains - God knows how high it was - and my legs started shaking. About halfway through, I had to give up. I was just stuck in the same place without moving though because I tried to go down, but my legs were shaking so much that I wasn't able to move anything. I had to relax for 10 minutes before eventually moving back. That is my biggest fear.

12. When have you felt the most pressure?

The biggest pressure I have felt this year was when I went to the Chinese Grand Prix for the demonstration run. Driving an F1 car was quite special - it was my first ever official Formula 1 event. I was representing our country and it was a really proud moment in front of my home crowd. A lot of people got to know me better because of it and it is such a great memory.

10. What is your most embarrassing story?

During one of the races this season on team radio. One of the MP guys was quite slow in front of me and I thought that he had been lapped. I went on the radio and said: "blue flag please, blue flag," but then my engineer came straight back to me and said: “no, it is not a blue flag, you have to overtake him.”

That was quite embarrassing for me. Luckily, I was able to make the move with DRS. It was like: "Ohhh okay, now I have to pass this car." I tried to do it as quickly as I could.
