Colton Herta to start from the pit lane for Madrid Sprint Race

Hitech’s Colton Herta will start the Madrid Sprint Race from the pit lane after a breach of the Sporting Regulations.

Car 4 was worked on during the Restricted Period without an approved exception, breaching Article 21.6 a of the FIA Formula 2 Sporting Regulations.

As a result, Car 4 will start the Sprint Race from the pit lane as per Article 37.2 of the FIA Formula 2 Sporting Regulations.
