Nicholas Latifi rolls the dice

This new feature explores the alternate side to our racing drivers. What’s always in their fridge? What do they do in their spare time? What’s on their bucket list? The drivers simply have to roll a set of dice and answer questions that link to the numbers they roll.
Championship leader Nicholas Latifi is up first…
1. What superpower would you most like to have?
This is a very standard racing driver response, but teleportation. With all of the travelling that we do and the time that we have to spend at the airports, it would be so much easier to just get there right away. Especially with myself as well because I live in Canada and I could go home more often. Just snap my fingers and not have to do any of the travel time.
3. What items are always in your fridge?
My fridge is in the UK where I base myself and I generally keep it quite empty actually, because I am always travelling. The things that I always have in there are probably my breakfast essentials: some eggs, avocado and obviously some water - that is about as much as I keep in stock. I have a grocery store at the bottom of my building and I kind of use it as my personal pantry, so because it’s like a 30 second walk to the grocery store, I just keep stuff for the morning.
4. What couldn’t you live without?
That is a good one - I would say racing and family.
6. What is your biggest fear?
Let’s say, for living things, I don’t like spiders and I don’t like snakes. Snakes more than spiders, because they are bigger, you can get some big snakes. If spiders were that big it would definitely be spiders though!
11. What three things are on your bucket list?
I don’t really have a bucket list to be honest….Win the Formula 2 Championship and then win the Formula 1 Championship. I need to think about these questions [laughs]! I probably want to skydive eventually, just to say that I have done it, but I am too chicken to do it right now. My older brother has done it like 5/6 times and he is always saying that I have to go with him, but then I always say that it’s in my contract that I can’t do things that are potentially injury inducing…. Mind, if you get injured in a skydive it is not going to be something minor!
