Oliver Bearman to deputise for Haas across Sao Paulo GP weekend

Oliver Bearman will once again deputise for Haas this season after he was called up to replace a sick Kevin Magnussen for this weekend’s Sao Paulo Grand Prix.
The Briton, who will race for the American team full time in 2025, is set to take part in Friday’s lone Free Practice session and Sprint Qualifying in the afternoon along with Saturday and Sunday's sessions.
This will be Bearman’s third substitute appearance of the F1 season and his second at Haas with the 19-year-old having previously replaced Magnussen in Baku while he served a one-race ban.
Prior to that, he also deputised at Ferrari for a sick Carlos Sainz at the 2024 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, with Bearman scoring points on both occasions.
He has also taken part in several Free Practice 1 sessions this season for both Haas and Ferrari, most recently at last weekend’s Mexico City Grand Prix for with the latter team.
