Starting his second full season in Formula 2, Marino Sato will be hoping to catch the eye with more than just his dynamic cherry blossom inspired helmet design.
Sato initially tested F2 machinery back in December 2018, but wouldn’t make his racing debut until round 10 of 2019 in Monza. Despite solid 12th and 11th place finishes at his maiden event, Sato didn't enjoy the start he had envisaged upon joining the grid.
With a full season behind him and the continuity of remaining at Trident, the 2019 Euroformula Open Champion will be aiming to push on up the field using the invaluable experienced gained from 2020.
