BIOGRAPHY

Sebastián Montoya moved up from karting to single seaters in 2020, completing two seasons in Italian and ADAC Formula 4 Championships across 2020 and 2021 with 12 podium finishes.

From there, he moved up to Formula Regional European Championship for 2022, pairing that with a campaign in IMSA Sportscar racing. A cameo in FIA Formula 3 at Zandvoort also brought strong points-scoring results, P8 in both the Sprint and Feature Races with Campos Racing.

He moved up to the Championship full time in 2023 with Hitech Pulse-Eight before going back to Campos Racing in 2024, scoring two podiums across both seasons. He stepped up to Formula 2 with PREMA Racing in 2025, finishing the year 12th. He returns with the Italian team for a second year of F2 in 2026.
