BIOGRAPHY

Struggled during his rookie season of F3, failing to take any points, but was rejuvenated by a switch to Trident. Won four times and notched seven podiums in a breakthrough year as Dennis Hauger’s strongest championship challenger, ending the year as vice-champion.

The son of five-time Moto GP World Champion Mick Doohan, 2022 will be the Australian’s first full year in F2, having taken part in the final two rounds of 2021, where he achieved a top five finish and second in Qualifying.

A two-time runner up in Asian F3 (2019 and 2020), Doohan also has single-seater experience in British F4 and Euroformula Open.
