BIOGRAPHY

Before taking to the track in real life, Max Esterson kicked off his racing career in the virtual world, competing in sim racing but made his single seater debut in 2020. He drove in the F1600 Championship, finishing the season fifth. The following year he moved up to the GB3 Championship, finishing seventh overall. He also finished the National Formula Ford Championship third and was the winner of the Walter Hayes Trophy.

In 2022, he completed a second season of GB3 where he finished seventh and was the winner of the Formula Ford Festival that year. In 2023, he made four race appearances in FIA Formula 3 with Rodin Carlin alongside a full GB3 Championship season, where he finished 11th.

He then completed a full season of F3 with Jenzer Motorsport in 2024, finishing 21st in the Drivers’ Championship. Esterson then moved up to FIA Formula 2 with TRIDENT for the final two rounds of the 2024 campaign.

The American will now complete a full season in FIA Formula 2 in 2025 with TRIDENT.
