Would You Rather with Gabriele Minì

PREMA Racing’s Gabriele Minì is the next member of the 2025 Formula 2 grid to take on the Would You Rather challenge.

The Italian driver explains his thought process after making several tough decisions, before also revealing a hobby he used to have during his childhood days.

WOULD YOU RATHER BE A FAMOUS SINGER OR FAMOUS ACTOR?

“I'd rather be a famous actor. I don't really like being up on a stage, so being an actor in a movie, everyone can see you, but you can't see the others.”

WIN YOUR HOME RACE ONCE MOR MONACO GRAND PRIX THREE TIMES?

“My home race once. I've won in Monaco, I haven't won at home.”

WIN THE INDY 500 OR THE 24 HOURS OF LE MANS?

“I'd rather win Indy. Both are historic, but Indy would be cooler.”

WIN FROM POLE OR WIN FROM LAST ON THE GRID?

“Win from last on the grid. It's more fun. With all the overtakes it will be a good race.”

PERMANENT CIRCUIT OR A STREET TRACK

“Street track probably. I just like it more. The feeling of the walls coming close to you it's a nicer feeling than on the normal tracks.”

KARAOKE OR DANCE OFF?

“Dance off. I prefer that. When I was younger, I used to do Hip-Hop dancing, from five-years-old to eight.”

WOULD YOU RATHER BE FRONT ROW AT FASHION WEEK OR AT THE OSCARS?

“Probably at the Oscars. I guess it's cooler, I don't really look at fashion that much. I think the Oscars would be cooler, I think it would be nicer to be neat the people that get the Oscars.”

WOULD YOU RATHER WIN THE TITLE WITH NO WINS OR WIN MANY RACES BUT NOT WIN THE TITLE?

“Probably win the Championship. In the end, nobody will really care if you win many races, as long as you win the Championship.”

TOO HOT OR TOO COLD?

“I don't like either of the two. Maybe too cold is better, I don't feel really good when it's too hot.”

BE AN ASTRONAUT OR A ROCKSTAR?

“An astronaut. You will see so many cool things and get so much knowledge about stuff, that people like me would never get, I would rather do that.”

FLY TO SPACE AND DISCOVER A NEW PLANET, OR GO IN A SUBMARIE AND DISCOVER A NEW UNDERWATER KINGDOM?

“The only problem would be that if you find a new planet you will not be too close, so let’s see when you get back to earth if it still exists. On the other side, you don't know what's there, I'd go with new planet.

EAT WITH A SPOON OR A FORK FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE?

“A fork.”

COMMUNICATE TELEPATHICALLY OR KNOW EVERY SINGLE LANGUAGE ON THE PLANET?

“Communicate telepathically. Some things, even if you know the language, the others might not, so there might be a point.”

DRIVE WITH WET TYRES IN THE DRY OR DRY TYRES IN THE WET?

“Wet tyres in the dry. You can still survive. With the slicks in the wet, it's like 99.9% crash.”

TRAIN FOR A 100-METHRE SPRINT OR A MARATHON?

A marathon. I did a Half Marathon, and I injured myself. So I had to stop for two weeks but it was not a big injury, it was just every time I was walking, I had pain in my foot, so I had to step back for a bit, and realise it's not my thing.”

UNDER-DRESSED OR OVERDRESSED?

“Overdressed. It's just less embarrassing. If you are a bit overdressed it's fine, under-dressed, it's not.”
