Describe your teammate in three words?

AH: Ladies first....

TC: For once! Laughs. Dedicated. Fast.

AH: And, beautiful!

TC: Laughs and sexy yeah - It’s the pink, it suits you.

AH: Nice, there is a really nice atmosphere in the team to work together. She is a strong character and a strong person. Dedicated, I know that it is the same as she chose for me, but I think that too.

What’s your teammate’s best quality?

TC: I think that Anthoine is really open-minded and is a really hard worker. He has no problem sharing and trying to help the team forward. That is really good - you want an honest person working alongside you.

AH: She has such a positive attitude and she is always smiling, which I need to learn from because that's not the case for me. She is always trying to stay positive and look forward, which I think is a really good quality.

What’s your teammate’s most annoying habit? Is one of you messy, or too tidy?

AH: How can you be too tidy?

TC: He is too tidy!

AH: She is not too tidy no.... But, it is fine as long as it is not on my area. There is nothing that bothers me.

TC: We are happy

Which of you has the best jokes?

TC: He is serious, but he comes out with really good jokes sometimes. I think that it is a good atmosphere.

AH: It is a good atmosphere. We know when to be serious and we know when to joke. Telling jokes during meetings and briefings I think is necessary sometimes to keep a good work relationship. I do not know who is the best because we are not trying to be the best, we are just trying to make the team do well and have a good atmosphere.

What meal would you cook for your teammate?

AH: For me, it would be difficult because I know that she cannot eat gluten and I have no idea what has gluten in and what does not laughs. So, I think that she could end up getting sick, but I would try! When I am alone I am too lazy to cook for myself, but when there are more people I can spend more time doing some food. I am quite good at Thai and Mexican, it is not especially complicated but I like using the spices in with the meat

TC: That sounds good… I have seen him eat a lot of pasta.

AH: That is too easy! 10 minutes in the water, tap, tap, done laughs.

TC: You cannot go wrong. So, probably pasta with a nice French sauce I think.

If your teammate was a superhero, which one would they be?

AH: Superwoman, you cannot go wrong with that, she would be superwoman

TC: It has been a long time since I watched any superhero movies.

AH: The father from The Incredibles! Flexes

TC: laughs Flash maybe, I will go with Flash.

Which of you knows the most about your car?

AH: Tatiana. I try to know about the setup, but I am more trying to let the engineers manage this and not look too much into it, just focusing on myself. Tatiana is looking a bit more than me to know exactly what is on the car and giving some directions on the setup. Would you agree?

TC: I agree. I am always asking exactly what changes we are making, sometimes it is good, and sometimes maybe I get too obsessed about it - I need to find a balance. I like the technical side though.

Who uses their phone the most?

AH: We both spend way too much time on our phones.

TC: In the sim the other day, it was Federer playing Nadal in the tennis and he had it on his phone so we were both watching.

AH: We cancelled a sim session just so that we could watch the semi-final. On Friday, there is another game, so if we miss qualy, then you know why. If there is no Arden on track in qualifying then that is the reason! laughs.

What’s the best advice you have for your teammate for this season?

TC: Just keep doing what you are doing. I think that you are doing an amazing job as a rookie, at a small team which has struggled in the past. I think that you just need to naturally keep building on that.

AH: Keep fighting. I think that you can do much better than you are doing now because you have shown in the past, when we were together in GP3, that you can score points and be at the front. There is no reason why you cannot get there again, just keeping fighting and for sure you will get there.
