“There’s some nice breakfast and brunch areas in Monaco. The place I’ve been to a few times for breakfast is called Mada One. You can get some nice pastries from there, juice too. I never really go out for breakfast but if I did, that’s the place I’d go.

“Then I think it’s nice to go for a walk around and head towards the Cap d’Ail area. It’s just past the border of Monaco and there’s some nice trails along the coast. It’s a beach and a port, so you can go along the coast of the sea. It’s a really nice walk or a run if you’re feeling up for it.

“After that, you could go for lunch. For me, some of my favourite restaurants are near that area of Monaco in Fontvieille. If you like steak, you could go to Beef Bar. If you like Italian you could go for La Saliere, there’s a few good options around there. Those are two of my favourite restaurants and they’re pretty near each other.

“In the afternoon, you could go for a swim or walk to Larvotto Beach. It’s on the other side of Monaco and a bit more touristy. There are also some good restaurants around there to get a snack or some lunch or whatever you wanted.

“In general, the beach there is very nice. They’ve just opened a place there called Box 98 so maybe you could head that way for the evening. There are some arcades or a karting track which is new. I’ve only been once but it’s pretty cool.

“Dinner can be expensive but one of the nicer restaurants is Buddha-Bar. There’s also a few good burger joints, something like Grubers or Arrow Burger. From there, I’d say you have to walk around the Casino, that’s probably what Monaco is most famous for.

“They have a really nice casino and in general, that area is very beautiful. There’s some nice shops around that area too, so I’d definitely recommend going around there as well.

“Casino Square is probably the nicest area of Monaco. There’s lots of tourists, but it’s because it’s such a nice area to be in.

“An underrated place is definitely Cap d’Ail. It’s just outside Monaco but it’s a bit quieter. The beach there is really nice and the trail near another beach called Plage Mala, that’s one of my favourite trails to go for a walk or a run on. If the weather is nice, you should definitely do that as well.

“There are some new places too. They’ve built an extension so I’m still yet to try out some of the restaurants around there. But from a sporting perspective, maybe you could go and play padel I’m into padel, so there’s a couple of places that are a 20-minute drive away in La Turbie or Èze.”
