PREMA Racing’s Andrea Kimi Antonelli has certainly shone on track so far this year, so we thought we would give him another test to see how he performs.
The 2025 Formula 1-bound driver is the next to take on our Would You Rather questions and you can read below to find out why he would take part in a dance-off over karaoke.
WEIGHTS OR CARDIO
“I would say cardio. I really like cycling, I go with my trainer and my dad. I like cycling more than running to be honest but I really enjoy both. Weights, some exercises I really enjoy doing but others not so much because they are really tough and you really feel tired but at the end if I had to which one I purely enjoy I would go cardio, especially cycling.”
WIN HOME OR MONACO GRAND PRIX?
“My home races. Monza and Imola. I had two home races this year. To be honest, my real home race is Imola because it's only 20-25 minutes from my house. In fact, during the weekend, I slept at my house which was really weird and strange. But I like it because you really feel at home. I'm not going to say Monza is not my home race but it’s a bit further from my house. Imola is my first home race and Monza is my second. I would like to win in Imola because I have not won there in my career so far, so I would really like to win there someday.”
UNDERSTEER OR OVERSTEER?
“Oversteer. It's just faster. Obviously, it depends how much oversteer. If you have too much oversteer it's really difficult to drive but especially in Qualifying, you don't mind have a little oversteer-y car because it’s just faster. You turn the car quicker and you complete the corner faster, so it's just faster overall.”
GIVE UP YOUR FAVOURITE MEAL FOR LIFE OR EAT IT EVERY DAY FOR A YEAR?
“Eat it every day for a year. My favourite meal is Tortellini. I cannot give it up for my whole life. I just love it too much. I cannot. Of course, I will get tired of it but the idea of giving it up, no, no.”

HANDS FOR FEET OR FEET FOR HANDS?
“Hands where the feet are. It's easier. Imagine driving with your feet though. But actually, there are some guys who are incredible, they drive with their feet because they unluckily lost their hands and they are amazing. I have a lot of respect for them because it looks so difficult.”
FIRST OR LAST TO ARRIVE?
“First to arrive. I really hate to be late. Even though I sometimes have some lazy moments but at the track I always want to be on time, even early because it's also about respect towards the team. It's never good to be late.”
TOO HOT OR TOO COLD?
“There's no halfway? I mean with too hot you can stay inside with the air conditioning but too cold you can stay inside with the heater on. To be honest I'm a guy who doesn't like it when it's too hot. Spring weather for me is the best, it's not too hot, not too cold, but I'd rather it be a bit cooler. I'd go too cold. If it's too hot and it's dry then I love it, but if it's hot and it's humid, it's terrible.”
DRIVE WITH A RACE SUIT THAT’S TOO BIG OR TOO SMALL?
“I've done both to be honest, in go karts especially, but I would rather too tight. Okay it's hard to do some movements but when you sit it's okay. If it's too big the feeling is not really nice.”
MP Motorsport 2024 So Far: A good season with the title fight still on
ROCK OR HIP HOP?
“Hip Hop. I don't really have a favourite artist that I listen to a lot. But with rock I also listen to Thunderstruck, it's good motivational music.”
KARAOKE OR DANCE OFF?
“Karaoke. I mean I am terrible at both. I wouldn't do either. If they ask me to do karaoke, I would say no but dancing I am super terrible. But dancing you can learn, but you can't learn to sing if you don't have the voice. Okay, I think I will go with dancing.”
WIN THE INDY 500 OR THE 24 HOURS OF LE MANS?
“Tough question. Both are really important. The biggest races in history are Le Mans, Indy 500, Monaco, so I would say 24 Hours. I don't really like ovals and obviously it's a really cool event, but I've never tried ovals to be honest and I am not really keen to try it at the moment. Not saying it's easy because I have asked some drivers and they say it's really hard, because you have to be really smooth with your input because as soon as you do too much movement you can lose too much time, so obviously it's really tough but a proper race track is better for me, so Le Mans.”

ABILITY TO TELEPORT OR READ PEOPLE’S MINDS?
“Read people's minds. Sometimes I just want to know what they think about me or also what they want to do. But also, teleporting is cool, especially for race weekends, to come to the track would be easy. Actually, in school it would be really good to read the teacher's mind for the answers to the test, also what she is going to put on the test, so that would make it easy. Also, when you do a speaking test, you can read the teacher's mind, you already know what she's going to ask you so you can prepare, that would be really nice.”
OPTION PRIME OR PRIME OPTION?
“Prime Option. You feel the step of grip and that's really nice to be honest. Especially when you’re in quali and you put the softer tyre on, it's really nice to feel the grip.”
SHOEY OUT OF YOUR TEAMMATE’S SHOE OR YOUR BOSS’ SHOE?
“Ollie's shoe. It stinks anyway so it doesn't matter.”
DIVE DOWN THE INSIDE OR SWEEP AROUND THE OUTSIDE?
“Round the outside, it's tougher. Also, when you go on the outside you take more risk, so when you complete a move round the outside it feels nice.”
Karting memories and learning experiences: Josep María Martí on the moments that made him
WIN FROM POLE OR WIN FROM LAST ON THE GRID?
“Winning from last is a really cool achievement. I don't know what to choose to be honest because also winning from pole is nice. It's a confirmation of the speed you had during the whole weekend, basically completing a good weekend. Also, winning from pole is really nice but obviously some of the best races I felt like I did where also starting from the back, so I don't really know which one to pick between the two. But winning from last is a different taste. It's quite special.”
