MP Motorsport 2024 Review: A good season with the title fight still on
“I play a lot of sports, so I play tennis with my brother and sister a lot, I walk my dogs a lot, probably three or four times a day, and then I also do a lot of fishing.
“I started fishing because I was born in Miami and we always did a lot of fishing there since I was young. It’s a lot of freshwater fishing so the fishes are a bit smaller, but probably the biggest one I’ve caught is like 20 kilos, but again that's freshwater.
“But I have just always done a lot of fishing and now I am actually going to go to the Amazon at the beginning of October with my father, we are going fishing with the tribes there in the Amazon.
“It’s a fishing experience near the city of Manaus in Brazil, so you have to go to Manaus and then get a little airplane and travel to a very deserted area near the Amazon.
“Then we will go with a boat and spend a whole week going up the river, around 300km, fishing, meeting tribes of the Amazon, so I am super excited about that.

“I have also played tennis since I was young. My mum signed me up for lessons like three times a week, so I would go after school. I know how to play quite well, I used to play for my school, I really enjoy tennis, it’s a very competitive sport.
“I think it's the closest sport to racing in terms of it being a very individual sport. You against the other guy, I think that's the closest sport to racing in terms of your mindset.
“I am also a big fan, so I watch a lot of the tournaments. I'd say my favourite, for the women it's probably Aryna Sabalenka, and then for the men it's between Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner.
“I was happy at the US Open, but I was a bit frustrated for Taylor Fritz. It was his first time making it to the quarter finals, semifinals, and the final, it has been a long time since the US won a grand slam but at the end, I was very happy for Sinner.
“I like tennis but I don’t think I could have played tennis professionally though. I think for tennis you have to be quite tall and I am quite short. The chances of making it if you are short is quite low, because of the serves and things like that.

“I'm also a big weather guy, so I am big fan of the weather, I actually got in touch with a storm chaser and I am planning for the beginning of next year to chase some tornados in Iowa.
“I'm just a big fanatic of the weather in general, so severe weather like hurricanes and tornados, I study them quite a bit as a hobby and at home I do have a lot of telescopes because I like looking to the sky and also when there is a meteor shower.
“There was a big Geminid meteor shower at the beginning of December, one of the biggest ones, where we saw 100s of meteors, so I’m a big fan of that as well. I’ve liked all these kinds of stuff since I was young.”
