Would You Rather with Nikola Tsolov

Nikola Tsolov has already passed his first test of 2026 with flying colours, winning the Melbourne Feature Race, and leaving Round 1 at the top of the Drivers’ Championship.
So we thought it was best to give the Campos Racing rookie another test, giving him some Would You Rather questions to tackle.
WOULD YOU RATHER BE A FAMOUS SINGER OR A FAMOUS ACTOR?
“This is a good one. They’re both similar but probably singer, I think you have more free time. Actor, I think you'll be pretty busy shooting movies. So probably singer, I mean you're still really busy but you get to have fun at the same time.”
WIN YOUR HOME GRAND PRIX ONCE OR THE MONACO GP MULTIPLE TIMES?
“Home race once. I've already won Monaco twice, but I have no home race unfortunately.”
WIN THE INDY 500 OR THE 24 HOURS OF LE MANS?
“24 hours of Le Mans. I have never been but I'm a fan of endurance racing. I really like the racing, the idea of going through the night, and then through the day, and through so many different things.
“In the end, saying ‘Oh if we could have done better here that would have turned out different. It’s a whole plot twist, the whole race, so I would love to race there one day.”

WIN FROM POLE OR LAST?
“It depends because winning from last is pretty cool. But I think winning from pole just shows dominance, so I don't really know. Let's say last because it looks cooler.”
DRIVE ON A PERMANENT TRACK OR STREET CIRCUIT?
“Day-to-day I think permanent, but it's cool to have street tracks. I love street tracks and I do pretty well with them. I really like Spa and Portimão.”

WIN THE TITLE WITHOUT A WIN OR TAKE MULTIPLE WINS AND MISS OUT ON THE TITLE?
“If I'm finishing second, then I would prefer to win more races. In the end consistency is good, but if you don't have wins, you're not really showing your potential.
“I believe that if you're not consistent, that can always be worked on, but your maximum potential is just something you have already done.”
DRY TYRES ON A WET TRACK OR WET TYRES ON A DRY TRACK?
“None. That's the most jarring question. I did dry tyres in the wet in Silverstone last year, starting on pole.”

TRAIN FOR A MARATHON OR A 100-METRE SPRINT
“100 metres. It's a sprint, so just get it done with. A marathon, bro…it takes too long.”
HAVE A ONE MINUTE CONVERSATION WITH YOUR PAST SELF OR YOUR FUTURE SELF?
“Oh, that's a good one. I don't want to choose one or the other. I feel like I would probably choose future, because past, I already know. I've been there but what I haven't done is talk to myself in the future, so I'll do that. I’d probably ask if I am truly happy and satisfied with my life.”
SHOUT ALL THE TIME OR ONLY BE ABLE TO WHISPER?
“Shout all the time. I mean whispering would be so annoying. You wouldn't be able to speak to anyone in most places.”
WOULD YOU RATHER BE YOUTUBE OR TIKTOK FAMOUS?
“TikTok, probably. It's more active.”
HAVE EVERYTHING YOU EAT BE TOO SWEET OR NOT SWEET ENOUGH?
“Not sweet enough. Oh my God. I love sweets, like chocolate, but when it gets too much, it's just too much. With normal food you're fine but when it's too sweet, it’s too much.”

BE CHASED THROUGH A FOREST BY A ZOMBIE OR BY A LION?
“Zombie, I can punch him down and he's gone. Lion, it just becomes two lions fighting, so I don't know.”
WATCH ONE SINGLE MOVIE FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE OR ONLY EAT THE SAME FOOD FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE?
“Same movie, for sure. The Ayrton Senna documentary.”

HAVE A HEAD TWICE AS BIG OR TWICE AS SMALL?
“Probably twice as big. I already have a small head, so whatever. I think the helmet has a lot of foam inside, so it can fit. Even the current size can fit it, just remove the padding.
CONSTANTLY STICKY OR CONSTANTLY ITCHY?
“Definitely sticky. Itchy is so annoying.”
FULL DAY SITTING OR STANDING?
“Sitting. I'm not good at standing. I can't spend too much time standing. I always have to sit unless I'm doing something. If I'm doing something, I can stand all day.”

LIVE ONE TEN THOUSAND YEAR LIFE OR TEN 100-YEAR LIVES?
“Ten 100 year lives. You already get bored when you turn 19. I’m joking!”
TRAPPED INSIDE OR TRAPPED OUTSIDE?
“Trapped outside. It's a bit of a weird question because you could be just trapped outside your house. Or you could just be trapped inside your house. At least if you're outside, you can go to other places and just get a new house.”
REALLY FAST OR ULTRA STRONG?
“Probably fast. I’m already strong.”
